C.A.N. Spring 2022 Tour Images and Information

  • Second Slide: Our interactive tour was possible as a result of our wonderful donors who helped us raise over $1,000 needed for the transportation.

  • Third-Seventh Slide: Our tour consisted of a variety of aspects including visiting the Spartan Recreation Aquatic Center, college classrooms, Student Union, Cesar Chavez Monument, and Tommie Smith and John Carlos Statues.

  • Eighth Slide: We hosted workshops directly on their school site which consisted of fun activities including a Q&A session, College Bingo, and Time for Payback virtual game. We also included images of our members tabling and during our concha fundraiser. We briefly mention that all members were enrolled in SOCI 164 Social Action class and are Sociology students. Overall, our goal was not met of being able to institutionalize CAN at SJSU, have it funded, or have tours at SJSU. Look forward to our comeback Fall 2022!
